When I think of country clubs I think of lush golf courses, plaid
pants and a gazillion rules. I don’t think of wild dancing, half-naked
girls on swings and Elvis impersonators. But every two years,
Rochester’s bluest-blood clubs let down their hair and create
a raucous night out that at times can seem like a frat party for
grownups. Mixed Greens is the night that turns the quiet country
clubs of Pittsford into Las Vegas....

the music and huge pieces of art work helped turn the club into
Cabo San Lucas. The beer bar served only the best Mexican beer,
